Chief Planning Officer to Visit Georgia State University

Dharamshala, 22 July 2005– The chief planning officer of the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) will soon visit the Georgia State University in Atlanta, USA, for a joint research project on the spatial mapping of the Tibetan population for demographic analysis, which is also the spring semester project of the students of the university’s Department of Anthropology and Geography.

Dr. Kunchok Tsundue is also expected to address the Asian Studies Centre of the university on his works as the CTA’s chief planning officer in this week-long visit beginning on Monday, 25 July.
