Vice chair attends Buddhist women’s conference

Dharamshala: Vice chair of the Assembly of Tibetan People’s Deputies (ATPD), Dolma Gyari, is currently in Nagpur to attend the Buddhist women’s conference scheduled on 10 October.
Vice chair was invited to the conference as a chief guest. This conference is being held to mark the golden jubilee of Dhammachakra praverthan day.
It is expected that around 3000 to 5000 people will attend the conference.
Dhammachakra is a Buddhist institute established by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, chairman of the Constituent Assembly, on 14 October 1956.
The celebration committee said that they are expecting about 10 to 12 lakh people from India as well as abroad at the golden jubilee celebration of Dhammachakra praverthan.
