Mundgod, Karnataka: The speaker of Women Empowerment, leadership and communication skills, Tenzin Nyima, who is also a former CTA staff was invited to Tibetan Settlement Mundgod to inspire and motivate nuns, Tibetan women ,Tibetan students and youths on 6 August.

Tenzin Nyima gave training on Gender Sensitisation, Women Empowerment, Women Leadership and Confidence building to more than 120 nuns living in Mundgod. The training includes presentation, group discussion, group participation.

Later in the afternoon, she gave presentation on Leadership, Communication Skills and Confidence building to more than 230 students of Sambhota Tibetan School, Mundgod. The participants also include the school’s Principal as well as the teachers.

On 7 August, she gave training on Gender Sensitisation, Women Empowerment, Women Leadership and Confidence Building to 100 Tibetan women. The program was organised by TSO Mundgod and Regional Tibetan Womens Association, Mundgod. The training includes presentation by the speaker, group discussion followed by individual presentation and discussion thereafter amongst the participants.
