Tuting: On 28 July 2025, The Ghoton Organising Committee of Tuting Tibetan Settlement initiated commemorative event of Chokhor Duchen and observed long life prayer of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama at Jaghoe Phungri sacred site located between Tashigong and Singa Village in Tuting. 

They performed Sang offering followed by hoisting prayer flags above the monastery. The event witnessed the participation of 19 people which includes Tuting Settlement Officer Chime Dorjee, 5 representatives from Ghoton Organising Committee, 2 Nurses from TPHC, 1 revered Lama and 3 monks, and 3 photographer from 5 Dogra Regiment of Tuting.

The program concluded with great success, creating a blessed environment.
