Gangtok: In solidarity with the state government and the nationwide fight against the Wuhan-originated coronavirus pandemic, the Gangtok based Tibetan Buddhist monasteries came forward to contribute to Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF).
The Zurmang Shedup Choekhorling Monastery at Lingdum, Sikkim contributed Rs. 4,00,000 towards CMRF. The cheque was presented to Honorable Chief Minister Sh. Prem Singh Tamang by Tsewang Dorjee, Tsewang Nyima and Lobsang on behalf of Zurmang Garwang Rinpoche.
