Tibetan Delegation Led by CRO Shimla Meets Honourable CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu to Discuss Lease Renewal Issue

Shimla: The Chief Representative Officer (CRO) of Shimla, Tsewang Phuntsok, and the office secretary, Tenzin Palden, along with the working committee members of the Sangye Choeling Tibetan Buddhist Association, including Ven. Shakya, Karma Phuntsok, and Palden Dhondup, met with the Honourable Chief Minister (CM) of Himachal Pradesh, Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, at his residence at around 6:30 PM on 6 November 2024.

During the meeting, the delegation briefed the CM about the pending lease renewal case of the Association. Additionally, the CRO expedited the same case that remained pending at Phuntsokling Tibetan Settlement, Dalhousie for over a decade. The CM kindly assured the delegation that he would look into the issue.
