Dharamshala: As per the invitation proffered, Speaker of 16th Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile Ven. Khenpo Sonam Tenphel will be attending the program as a ‘Special Guest’.

The concerned programme is a joint celebration to thank both the people and the government of Karnataka by its five Tibetan settlements which will be held at Bangalore on 10 August.

The celebratory occasion will be graced by the presence of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

Thereafter, From 9  to 11 August, Speaker Ven. Kheno Sonam Tenphel would be engaging in the preset programme and on 12 August, he will leave from Bangalore to Dharamshala.
