Dharamshala: On 5 June coinciding with the occasion of Lhakar, under the facilitation of Tibetan Settlement office, Kalimpong, His Eminence the 26th Chogye Trichen Rinpoche gave introductory teaching on Buddhist Philosophy to Tibetan public and kindly bestowed Kagho (The Command) to elders of Youlo Koe Old People’s Home.

Rinpoche also presented blanket to each elder by personally visiting their homes. Rinpoche also paid visit to the settlement office, branch Men-tsee-khang clinic and briefly performed consecration.

On 9 June, Rinpoche will bestow long life initiation and recitation of Mani, Medicine Buddha mantra and Tara prayers to public at Sakya Monastery, Kalimpong.
