Dharamshala: Earlier this morning, the Tibetan Supreme Justice Commission of the Central Tibetan Administration held an oath-taking ceremony of Mrs. Rinchen Sangmo who was appointed as the temporary South Zone Justice Commissioner.

Chief Justice Commissioner Mr. Sonam Norbu Dagpo administered the oath of office to the temporary local Justice Commissioner in a ceremony attended by Justice Commissioners of TSJC, and staff.

Mrs. Rinchen Sangmo joined CTA in the year 2015 as Under-Secretary at the Tibetan Supreme Justice Commission. Born in Ladakh, she completed her schooling from TCV Ladakh and Bylakuppe. Mrs. Sangmo pursued her bachelor’s degree in B.Com from a university in Andhra Pradesh and thereafter graduated in Master of Commerce from Madras Christian College in Chennai.

Mrs. Sangmo who serves as the Under Secretary at TSJC will now lead as temporary Local Justice Commission for Southern Region as of today.
