Religion & Culture Secretary addresses graduation ceremony of Namgyal monastery.

Dharamshala: The Namgyal monastery on Monday held a graduation ceremony for the 20th batch of the sutra and tantra course.

Religion and Culture Secretary, Chime Tseyang, attended and addressed the event as the president of the review committee and presented awards and ceremonial scarves to four of the top students.
