Hunsur: The hand-over and take-over ceremony between the outgoing Settlement Officer Tenzing Dhadon and newly appointed Settlement Officer Norbu Tsering were held on 30 September 2024 at the Rabgayling Tibetan Settlement Office, Hunsur.

Jigmey Tsultrim, the Chief Representative of the south zone, was the official witness representing the Department of Home, overseeing the handing and taking over ceremony between outgoing and newly appointed Settlement Officers.
