Nepal: As per the directive of the Election Commission, Acting Chief Justice Commissioner Karma Dadul appointed Lodrik welfare committee’s President Thinley Kunphen as the temporary local Justice Commissioner under the provision of article 69 of the exile Tibetan charter.

On 28 February, the newly elected Chair of the 11 local Tibetan assemblies Tsering Siten took oath from the temporary local Justice Commissioner.
