Kamrao: The official handover and takeover ceremony between the outgoing and new settlement officers of Gapa Tibetan settlement was held on Monday.

The outgoing settlement officer Dhenmatsang Sonam Wangdu and the new settlement officer Tenzin Rinchen exchanged official documents and seal in the presence of an official witness Tenzin Namgyal, Settlement Officer of Sakya Purwala Tibetan settlement  who was appointed as the representative of the Department of Home, CTA Dharamshala.

Tenzin Rinchen assumed charge as the new Tibetan Settlement Officer of Gapa Tibetan Settlement, Kamrao on 11 December 2023.
