Dharamshala: The teachers and students of Mewoen Tsuglag Petoen School observed the celebration of World Values Day on Saturday last month, 29 October.
Lobsang Tsering, a Teacher at the school, addressed the students and spoke about ‘Moral Students’.
Under the guidance of the school’s moral committee, a group of students presented a skit on ‘Gratitude’. Both teachers and students of the school carried out gratitude-related activitiy.
As part of the day’s significance, two of the CTA civil servants launched a photographic exhibition to promote awareness of traditional Tibetan customs and practices of moral values.
In conclusion, Headmaster Leksahy Nyima spoke on the importance of virtue and how to practically imbibe virtues daily.
