Mainpat: A carnival festival was hosted from 14-16 February by the local state government near Mainpat Phendeling settlement.
On the final day of the festival, the chief guest T.S. Singh Deo, Health Minister of Chhattisgarh, was received by the Secretary of local Settlement Office, President of the local Tibetan Assembly and Secretary of the local Cooperative Society.
The Tibetan representatives presented a letter to the official urging the implementation of the Tibetan Rehabilitation Policy 2014 as soon as possible.
