Dharamshala: The Department of Information and International Relations is holding a day-long lecture series on “China’s International and Domestic Affairs” for the Central Tibetan Administration researchers at Tibet Policy Institute, DIIR staff, and members of the Tibetan press.

The lecture is delivered by Dr Jabin Thomas Jacob, Associate Professor at the Department of International Relations and Governance Studies at the Shiv Nadar University, India and Adjunct Research Fellow at the National Maritime Foundation, New Delhi. He was formerly a Fellow and Assistant Director at the Institute of Chinese Studies, Delhi and Associate Editor of the journal China Report.

DIIR Secretary Karma Choeying, Additional Secretary of Information Namgyal Tsewang and Additional Secretary of International Relations Tenzin Lekshay were among the attendees at today’s lecture funded by Friedrich Naumann Foundation(FNF).
