Jaipur: A Six Days Leadership Excellence Training Program for executive-level officials of the Central Tibetan Administration kicked off in the pink city of India’s Jaipur on 18 July 2022. The training program is being conducted by Synergie HR and was facilitated by Dr. Ashish Johri, who is the principal consultant of the company.
The training program began with an inaugural session held at the Albatross hall of the Renest Hotel in Jaipur. The chief guest who graced the opening session was General Secretary of the Bharat Tibbat Sangh, Saurabh Saraswat, a resident of Jaipur.
In her opening remarks, Secretary of Public Service Commission Tsering Yangkey welcomed the participants and briefly spoke about the importance of training and explained how and why Synergie HR was chosen to conduct the training program.

Secretary Tsering Yangkey urged the participants to give their 100 per cent focus and interest in order to learn maximum from the training. She also asked them to make a presentation on any topic they learned when they got back to their respective workplaces. This is meant for the evaluation of the program and also to share and retain the knowledge gained and to sustain the program.
The principal resource person or the main facilitator of the program, Dr. Ashish Johri, briefly introduced Synergie HR and ran through the day-to-day sessions of the six days training program.
General Secretary Saurabh Saraswat, who was the chief guest of the inaugural session, spoke about the difference between job and service. He urged CTA bureaucrats to choose service over the job and keep up their service until their political aspirations are fulfilled.
The inaugural session ended with a vote of thanks by the training officer of the Public Service Commission, Tashi Deki.
