Ravangla: The handing-over and taking-over ceremony between the outgoing settlement officer Tenzin Lekshey and newly appointed settlement officer Kalsang Tseten were held on 19 and 20 February 2025 at the Kunphenling Tibetan Settlement Office, Ravangla.

Dhondup Sangpo, Gangtok Tibetan Settlement Officer, attended the ceremony as official witness representing the Department of Home (CTA), overseeing the handing and taking over ceremony between outgoing and newly appointed settlement Officers.

During the second day of hand taking-over of the charge, the outgoing settlement officers made an arrangement to meet the local officials, including SDM and Chief Commanding Officer of 6 Vikas battalion.
