Hunsur Rabgayling: As per the directive issued by CTA’s task force committee, accordingly, Hunsur settlement has successfully conducted the settlement-wide sanitisation programme covering monasteries, schools, branch hospitals, offices, and villages, beginning at 9 am today.
A similar sanitisation drive was conducted in the Shillong Tibetan settlement covering the Buddhist monastery, Sambhota Tibetan school premises, and the surroundings to create a clean and healthier environment thereby contributing a bit towards containing this pandemic.
Tibetans settlement in Gyalpak, Kathmandu, Nepal conducted a fever screening check for all the Tibetan residents and sanitisation of the settlement is being done every week by the settlement office and core committee members. The Settlement office has also distributed the ration kits worth NPR.59,620 to 40 old age destitute and hermits who are residing around Yanglashod, Pharbing area. The Venerable Yonge Rinpoche had provided the financial Aid worth of NPR.871,500 that is disbursed to the 249 families of Gyalpak. Each family received NPR.3500.
