Mundgod: A meeting to discuss the construction of a new road as part of the Central Tibetan Administration’s ongoing resettlement project in Doeguling Tibetan Settlement was convened by Joint Secretary Tenzin Kunsang from the Department of Home (CTA), along with South Zone’s Chief Representative Officer Jigme Tsultrim, on 7 and 8 March 2025.

The meeting was attended by the Tibetan Settlement Officer, the local land and housing survey committee, and relevant Tibetan landowners whose fields are located along the proposed road construction route. After discussing and physically inspecting the land, the map was finalised, and detailed explanations were provided to the landowners to expedite the project.
