Dharamshala: Deputy Speaker of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile is scheduled to attend a program remembering life and legacy of two great leaders, former defence minister of India late Shri George Fernandes and former special envoy of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama Lodi Gyari Rinpoche in Delhi this Saturday.
The ceremony is being organized by Indo Tibet Friendship Association at Constitutional Club, Delhi, 6 April.
