Bengaluru: Chief Representative Officer (CRO) of South Zone, Jigmey Tsultrim, delivered the congratulatory letter from His Holiness the Dalai Lama to Honourable Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who sworn in as 25th Chief Minister of Karnataka State Government, on 22 May 2023.
CRO also presented a congratulatory letter from Sikyong Penpa Tsering and Speaker Ven. Khenpo Sonam Tenphel. After having read the letters respectively, the Honourable Chief Minister assured his utmost support in looking after the facilitations for the exiled Tibetan communities in five settlements (in four Talukas in three Districts of Karnataka State).
Taking this opportunity, CRO also presented a Buddha Statue to auspiciously mark the constructive achievement of the Honourable Chief Minister’s policies and programs for the upliftment and overall development of his people in the state.
Following his nomination as Karnataka’s new Chief Minister, honourable Siddaramaiah has received a deluge of congratulations and well wishes from many others, along with messages from Tibetan leaders.
