Bangalore: The Chief Representative Officer (CRO) of South Zone, Jigme Tsultrim, graced the Dalai Lama Institute for Higher Education’s graduation ceremony as chief guest along with special guest Sri Basavanna, Superintendent at Bangalore University academic section, on 4 October 2022.

During the convocation, CRO Jigme Tsultrim addressed the ceremony while congratulating the graduating students with ceremonial scarves for their significant milestone. He also conferred TCV’s 20 years service recognition award to two senior staff of the Institute. The institute’s Principal and other administrators also addressed the gathering.
