Bharat Tibbat Sangh (BTS), a newly named Indian Tibet Support Group held its National Executives’ meeting virtually on Thursday, 7th August 2021. The main agenda of the meeting was to speed up the Tibetan movement for freedom and justice; and liberate the holy Kailash Mansarovar from the clutches of Communist China. The meeting witnessed the participation of the National Office Bearers, State Executives and Provincial members of the organization. As special guests in the meeting, Shri Surendra Kumar, National Co-Convener, Core Group for Tibetan Cause – India; Smt. Pooja Kapil Mishra, Vice President, Bhartiya Janata Party Mahila Morcha and Mr. Jigmey Tsultrim, Coordinator, India Tibet Coordination Office, Delhi were present.
Former Justice of the Supreme Court of India, Smt. Gyan Sudha Mishra, National President of the organization, Major General (Retd) Nilendra Kumar, National Vice President, Former Air Vice Marshal O. P. Tiwari, Rev. Sunil Kaushal Ji from Vrindawan, Uttar Pradesh, Shri Madhavan ji from Andhra Pradesh, Shri Rawal Harish Semwal from Gangotri, Uttarakhand and others were present during the meeting.
Shri Saurabh Saraswat, National General Secretary of the organization hosted the entire meeting in which the new name of the organization was proposed as “Bharat Tibbat Sangh” which was unanimously accepted by all the members. Smt. Gyan Sudha Mishra in the meeting addressed ′′Many organizations are working for the liberation of Tibet from China. The ultimate goal of everyone is the freedom for Tibet, security of India and the liberation of Kailash Mansarovar from the illegal occupation of Communist China. We must achieve the goal in harmony with every organization working for the cause of Tibet”.
The Members appealed to the fellow countrymen to boycott Chinese products in general and particularly during the present festive season and instead appeal to buy Indian made indigenous products and items. They also discussed to spread publicity from home to home for indigenous and local for vocal products. Thus, in the coming days people will be explained not to buy Chinese products and ′′Apni Diwali, Apne Logo Ke Liye Diwali” local products will be promoted through various campaigns and social media.
