Dharamshala: The Kashag expressed its deep sadness and condolence over the demise of Mr Ngodup Tsering, who has served the Central Tibetan Administration since 21 January 1997.He passed away due to sudden illness at the Tibetan Delek hospital on Wednesday, 22 October.As a mark of respect, the administration will observe an hour-long prayer session at 3:00 p.m. today, after which all the offices and the departments will remain close.Since joining the civil service, Mr Ngodup Tsering worked in different capacities under the office of Auditor General, co-operative society at the Tibetan settlement in Orissa, Election Commission, Department of Information & International Relations, Public Service Commission and the Kashag’s contingency section.
