Canberra, Australia: The Tibet Information Office (TIO), Canberra, has expressed deep sorrow over yesterday’s tragic incident at Bondi Beach, Sydney, which claimed several lives and left many others injured.

In a statement shared on its official Facebook page, TIO said: “TIO is deeply saddened and shocked by the tragic event that has resulted in the loss of lives and injuries to many others in Bondi, Sydney. We extend our heartfelt condolences to the families of those who have lost their loved ones and pray for everyone affected by this tragic event.”

TIO further expressed the solidarity of the Tibetan community with the people of Australia during this difficult time.
