Sataun: On 14 October 2025, Ugen Choedon Oshoe, the Tibetan Settlement Officer of Sataun and Kamrao, paid courtesy visits to several local dignitaries and government officials from 13 to 14 October on the occasion of Diwali.

During the visit, she met with Priyanka Verma, Deputy Commissioner; Nishchint Singh Negi, Superintendent of Police of Nahan; Sub-Divisional Magistrate of Tilordhar Op Thakur; B.D.O. Rajesh Negi; Kamrao Tehsildar, and officers from the FRO Nahan staff. She also visited the offices of Sh. Desh Raj, IB Paonta Branch Head; Mahender Singh, SBI Manager; Anil Kumar, UCO Bank Manager; R.S. Chauhan, Executive Engineer of the Electrical Sub-Division; and Sub Post Master Ritu Gupta.

In addition, she met with local representatives, including Kamrao Pradhan Mohan Thakur, Sataun Pradhan Mamta Chauhan, and former Sataun Pradhan Rajnesh Chauhan, as well as officials from Rajban Police Station.

During these interactions, the Settlement Officer extended warm Diwali greetings and conveyed heartfelt gratitude for their continued support and public service. She also discussed certain issues faced by the Tibetan Settlement and sought their kind cooperation for timely resolution.
