Dharamshala: On 14 October 2025, under the Kangra Chief Medical Officer’s initiative, a team of doctors from the Central TB Division, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt of India , and a delegation of five members paid a courtesy visit to the Health Department (TVHA) of the Central Tibetan Administration, followed by visit to the Tibet Museum, the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, and Delek Hospital.

This meaningful engagement is expected to strengthen mutual relation and enhancing future support in the field of healthcare, particularly in tuberculosis (TB) prevention and care. The engagement reflects a shared commitment to improving health outcomes and saving lives within the Tibetan community.
