Bhandara: On 8 August 2025, The Settlement Officer Tenzin Tsangpa along with Office Assistant Migmar Chodon of Norgyeling Tibetan Settlement paid courtesy call to Nagpur, Commissioner of Police Dr. Ravinder Singal (IPS) and presented His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama’s  book “Voice for the Voiceless” as a heartfelt memento.

On the following day, the TSO and Office Assistant joined by the members from Bhandara Tibetan Women Association, visited Shri Mohan Bhagwat, Chief of Rashtriya Swayamsevak  Sangh(RSS) at his residence in Nagpur. They gifted him Thangka of the lord Buddha and His Holiness’s book “Voice for the Voiceless.”
