Paonta: The Kham Kathok Tibetan Settlement Office in Sataun held a handing and taking-over ceremony on 31 October 2024 between its outgoing Tibetan Settlement Officer (TSO) Sonam Wangdu Dhenmatsang and incoming TSO Tenzin Rinchen in the presence of official witness TSO Gelek Jamyang, who represented the Department of Home, Central Tibetan Administration.

Following the exchange of official documents and stationary items, a formal gathering was convened later that day. Both the outgoing and incoming TSOs, along with the official witness and President of the Local Tibetan Assembly Kunga Tsephel addressed the gathering.
