Bhandara: On 25 April 2024, the Norgeyling Tibetan Settlement Office in Bhandara celebrated the 35th birthday of His Serenity the 11th Panchen Lama and inaugurated its newly renovated office building.

The local police officer, Pratap Rao Bhosale, and the settlement’s eldest resident, Norbu, attended the events as chief guests. 

On the subsequent day, Health Secretary Dawa Tsultrim paid an official visit to the settlement. The Secretary’s visit aimed to evaluate the existing facilities and engage in constructive discussions with the heads of local Tibetan organisations and civil societies.
