Tezu: Tezu Dhargyaling settlement held the official handing-taking over ceremony between outgoing Settlement Officer Dhondup Sangpo and new Settlement Officer Tenzin Namgyal. Secretary Pema Tsewang was the witness for the ceremony overseeing the exchange of official documents between the outgoing and new Settlement Officers.
The President of the Local Tibetan Assembly, Representatives of government and non-government organisations, and the Settlement Office staff took part in the ceremony.
