As per the appointment of Mr Lhaduk to the Circuit Justice Commissioner of the Tibetan Supreme Justice at a virtual swearing-in ceremony held on 28 August, the Commission in adherence to the legal charter, declares that civil matters can be redressed at the Circuit Justice Commission based in Dekyiling, falling under its jurisdiction.
