Dharmashala: Shri Rishiwalia took over as the new northern region convener of Core Group for Tibetan Cause.

During a felicitation to Shri Rishiwalia, officiating Tibetan settlement officer, Mrs Dolma, Mrs Tsering Yangzom, National Democratic Party of Tibet Staff, Mr Gyethang Trulku, Guchusum Tibetan Movement Secretary, Mrs Kalsang, Tibetan Woman Association Staff, Mr Thupten Pema Lama, Indo-Tibetan Friendship Association and Himalayan Pariwar Public Relation Officer congratulated Mr Rishiwalia for his appointment as the Regional Convenor in Core Group for Tibetan Cause.

Present at the event was also Himachal Pradesh Industrial Minister Honourable Shri Bikram Singh and a team of Shri Rishiwalia.
