Mainpat: The handover and the takeover ceremony of the outgoing officer and the new officer of Phendeling Tibetan settlement took place today.

The outgoing settlement officer Mr. Dawa welcomed and submitted his position to the new officer Mr. Migmar Tashi in a ceremonial gathering.
