
Minnesota: Representative Ngodup Tsering attended the 25th Anniversary celebration of Gyuto Monastery in Minnesota. Ling Chog-trul Rinpoche was the chief spiritual guest, and the event was well attended by Gyuto students of American origin and local Tibetan community members. Tibetan community performed Gyal-shey (Royal Dance) to welcome Ling Rinpoche while some former TIPA artists performed melodious Nangma songs and dance in celebration of the occasion.
Ling Rinpoche stressed on the importance of learning and practicing the dharma teachings for the well-being of humanity. He reasoned the need to feel gratitude towards His Holiness for his steadfast guidance and hard work for the Tibetan people.

Kusho Donyo la, the director of the Gyuto Monasteries in Minnesota and Bay Area, expressed gratitude to all who have contributed to the successful running and growth of the Monastery. Rinpoche gave away the mementos to the sponsors and helpers who made the celebration a success. Among all, Gyen Gedhun, who is nearing 100 years, for his self less service and commitment to the center.
