Dehradun: This morning, the Ngoenga School for Tibetan children with special needs, Dehradun held it’s official handover ceremony between the outgoing director Kalden Norbu and the new director Pemba Labrang.

The ceremony was held at the School office and it was witnessed by Mr. Jampa Phuntsok, Additional Secretary of Department of Health, CTA.
