Bandara: The Chairman, Vice Chairman and members of the 11th Bandara Local Tibetan Assembly were sworn in at a brief ceremony held on 1 September 2022.

The Tibetan Local Justice Commissioner for the southern region, Tenzin Yonten, administered the oath to newly-elected Chairman Choegyaltsen, Vice Chairman Karma Dorje and members of the 11th Bandara Local Tibetan Assembly.
