Dharamshala: The members of the 10th local Tibetan assembly of Dharamshala was sworn-in in the presence of Northern Region Local Justice Commissioner, Mr Lhadup, Tibetan Settlement Officer, Mr Kunga Tsering and Tibetan Freedom Movement Representative.

The President of the Local Assembly is Dawa Tsering and Vice-President is Lobsang Tsering.

Led by Tibetan Settlement Officer, Tibetan Freedom Movement, Monasteries/Nunneries, Schools/Colleges, Tibetan Government and Non-Governmental Organisation felicitated the newly elected 10th Local Assembly Members by offering traditional Tibetan scarf.
