Dharamshala: The swearing-in ceremony of the 10th local Tibetan Assembly of Poanta Cholsum was sworn in on Wednesday, 13 April.

As per request from Election Commission to hold an oath-taking ceremony, pro tem Chief Justice Commissioner Karma Dadul has appointed Lobsang, Secretary of the Local Justice Commission as the acting Tibetan Local Justice Commissioner to administer the oath as per Tibetan Charter in Exile’s Article 69.

A brief oath-taking ceremony witnessed the election of 11 members to the local assembly including its Chair Sherab Gyatso and Vice-chair Tsering Tenpa.
