The five winners from both male and female category were presented with prizes.
Following that day, the Bir Tibetan Primary Health Care Centre conducted free medical check-ups, including blood pressure and blood sugar screening for 35 individuals from the public.
In addition, a health awareness talk was organised to educate participants on simple daily health practices and emergency response measures. The session covered topics such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), management of nosebleeds, dog bites, and other basic preventive health measures.
