Dharamshala: Dharamshala Tibetan Settlement Officer Kunchok Migmar made a courtesy call to the new Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Dr Harrish Gajju, H.A.S., earlier today at the latter’s office.
ADM Dr Harrish Gajju, H.A.S., has served as the SDM of the Kangra district during the COVID-19 pandemic and was recently promoted to the current post.
The duo engaged in an interaction for half an hour, during which they recalled their memories of working together during the Covid outbreak. TSO Kunchok Migmar congratulated the new ADM for being promoted to the third highest ranked officer in the district and appealed for his continued support towards the wellbeing of Tibetans in the town. ADM Dr Harrish Gajju accepted the request and expressed his pleasure working with the TSO.
Thereafter, the Station House Officer (SHO) of McLeod Ganj police station invited TSO Kunchok Migmar and acquainted him with the new officers. The TSO pleaded with SHO to provide their assistance in the timely verification of the exit permit, return visa, and PCC for Tibetan residents. They further discussed issues concerning security of the hill town.
