Dharamshala: Chief Justice Commissioner Yeshi Wangmo extends Losar greetings to all Tibetans inside and outside Tibet on the occasion of the traditional Tibetan New Year – Losar 2153 – the year of the Fire Horse. The Tibetan New Year begins on 18 February 2025.

Chief Justice Commissioner Yeshi Wangmo’s Losar message:

To all Tibetan brothers and sisters, both inside and outside Tibet, on the occasion of the Tibetan New Year 2153, the Fire Horse Year, I extend my warmest greetings and best wishes.

As we enter this new year, I hope we will all renew and strengthen our efforts in pursuing the resolution of the Tibetan cause. I sincerely hope that Tibetans will refrain from belittling one another, using harsh words, or engaging in disputes. Instead, let us unite to protect our religion, culture, and traditions—the lifeline of our identity and cause.
