Dharamshala: The circulation of the list outlining the allocation of Tibetan settlements and scattered communities under the jurisdiction of each of the three Local Tibetan Justice Commissions—designated as either permanent or ad hoc regions—on 21 November 2012, along with the subsequent dispatch of Local Tibetan Justice Commissioners and secretaries to these respective regions for the adjudication of civil disputes, has proven to be practically beneficial for members of the Tibetan exile community. This arrangement has significantly reduced both the time and financial expenses previously incurred by the community members.
As members of the Tibetan exile community are widely dispersed across various regions of the world, it is often difficult for individuals residing in distant locations to personally approach their respective Local Tibetan Justice Commission. In view of this, the Tibetan Chief Justice Commission of the Central Tibetan Administration has issued a public notice informing the general public of the revised allocation list of Tibetan settlements and scattered communities under the jurisdictions of the three Local Tibetan Justice Commissions.
