Dharamshala: The Supreme Justice Commission (SJC) organised ten-day judicial training from 3 to 12 September at O.P Jindal Global University, Sonipat.
15 participants of Chief Justice Commissioner, Justice Commissioner, staff from local and supreme justice commission, few CTA staff and lawyer attended the training.
The main objectives of this training are to gain knowledge from Indian judicial system in order to identify the judicial problems and to brainstorm on how to solve these problems and also to revise the Tibetan Code of Judiciary.
The participants attended the Indian Supreme Court and witness daily routine of court on 11 September at New Delhi.
The 10-day training was funded by Friedrich Naumann Foundation through Social and Resource Development Fund of the Department of Finance, Central Tibetan Administration.
