
Dharamshala, 24 November 2025: Khenpo Sonam Tenphel, Speaker of the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile extended his heartfelt congratulations to Bihar’s Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on his coalition’s success in the recent state assembly election.
