Dharamshala, India 20 April, 2026: The Social and Resource Development Fund (SARD) successfully convened its 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 20 April, 2026, at the Paljor Conference Hall. The meeting was attended by a majority of the general body members.

The meeting was formally opened by member Secretary, Tsering Dhondup who extended a warm welcome to all the member. This was followed by the review and approval of the minutes of the 1st General Body Meeting held on 12 March, 2025.

The key agenda discussed during the meeting included the appointment of the statutory auditor for the financial year, deliberation and approval of the proposed financial year 2026-27 budget, renewal of SARD’s staff salary structure and the resolution by circulations passed in the financial year 2025-26. Members were also informed of the successful resolution of the SARD’s assessment year 2022-23 income tax notice.

The meeting concluded on positive note with a vote of thanks by member Secretary, appreciating the active participation and support of all members.
