Dharamshala: Sikyong Penpa Tsering of the Central Tibetan Administration embarked on an official trip to England, U.S., and Canada.

During his visitation from 29 January- 17 February, Sikyong is scheduled to visit the Oxford Union in England where he will deliver a talk on Tibet. After concluding his engagement in England, Sikyong will depart for the U.S. and Canada where he is scheduled to meet with some governmental officials. Sikyong will also meet and address the Tibetan communities in both U.S. and Canada.
