DC Hemraj Bairwa with Kalon Dolma Gayri, Secretary Karma Rinchen and TSO Kunchok Migmar

Dharamshala: Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Kangra, Shri Hemraj Bairwa, paid his second visit to Central Tibetan Administration on Wednesday, 24 July 2024 to a warm welcome reception from Security Kalon (minister) Dolma Gyari.

Secretary Karma Rinchen of the Department of Security and Dharamshala Tibetan Settlement Officer (TSO) Kunchok Migmar were also present during the meeting, during which, they discussed several important issues, including matters related to Aadhaar cards.

During the meeting, Kalon expressed gratitude to the DC for resolving the long-standing water supply issue for the residents of Thardoeling, benefiting approximately 600 Tibetan residents who had been eagerly awaiting relief. The coordination of the meeting was overseen by TSO Dharamshala.
