Dharamshala: Secretary Palden Dhondup of the Department of Home, Central Tibetan Administration (CTA), met with Shri Pema Khandu, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, during his visit to Dharamshala for the Ghoton celebrations commemorating the 90th birthday of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

Accompanied by the Department’s protocol team, Secretary Palden Dhondup held a productive discussion with the Chief Minister focusing on the welfare and development of Tibetan settlements in Arunachal Pradesh. The meeting addressed the overall well-being of Tibetan refugees residing in the state.

On behalf of the Department of Home, Secretary Palden Dhondup expressed heartfelt appreciation for the Government of Arunachal Pradesh’s longstanding and generous support to the Tibetan community.

The occasion also served as a formal farewell to Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Pema Khandu, in recognition of his gracious presence at the Ghoton celebrations.
